2011 Non-Qualified Plan Survey
PSCA partnered with Boston Research Group to conduct a survey on non-qualified plans. This is the first survey of its kind and provides information on types of non-qualified plans, plan design features, as well as eligibility and participation rates.
The survey was conducted in March/April 2011 and received 385 responses. The survey report includes information about:

- Employee Eligibility and Participation
- Participant Deferral Rates
- Employer Contributions
- Satisfaction with Recordkeepers and Design Consultants
- Overall Satisfaction with the Non-Qualified Plan

The Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA) is a nonprofit association that provides services, best practice information, and advocacy to defined contribution plan sponsors. Members have access to a broad range of resources and programs that address the varying needs of both small and large companies. Membership includes 1,200 companies ranging in size from Fortune 100 firms to small, entrepreneurial businesses.
