401(k)/403(b)Day
401(k)/403(b) Day is a national day designed to celebrate the benefits of saving in a defined contribution plan. Beginning in 2011, every day is 401(k)/403(b) Day! And, the communications campaign the PSCA has created for your 401(k) plan provides you and your participants with plenty of "food for thought."
You need to plan a communications campaign for your 401(k)/403(b) plan. We've done all of the work for you - you just have to use it. As every day is now a 401(k)/403(b)) Day, you are free to start today or next month.
The 2011 401(k)/403(b) Day campaign uses brightly colored presentations of food-themed analogies to encourage participants to take action regarding their personal retirement savings. The communications can be customized with your company's logo and contact information for distribution to your employees. We've divided the campaign into three courses for you to be able to use at anytime throughout the year - actually, continuously throughout the year - as we roll out a fresh new theme over the next several months.
Each course includes:
- An 11"x17" poster with the key messages tied to each theme.
- A flyer that matches the poster, but gives more specific details.
- A 6"x 9" mailable postcard - with the ability to input your logo and contact information.
PSCA would like to thank the following sponsors of the 2011 401(k)/403(b) Day campaign:

Special thanks to J.P. Morgan for the creation and design of employee communication materials.
