55th Annual Survey
Participate in PSCA's 55th Annual Survey of Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plans and receive a free copy of the results. PSCA has created a worksheet to help you complete the survey this year. The worksheet has a list of questions that will likely need to be looked up or obtained from your plan provider. If you have this information prior to beginning the survey, it will only take a few minutes to complete.

- If you completed the 2011 questionnaire, your plan design information has been imported into the online system. Simply review, update with any current/new data, and submit.
