PSCA Unveils Comprehensive Benefits Communication Program

PSCA unveiled the 2007 401(k) Day Campaign at our Midwest Regional Conference March 29, 2007 in Chicago, Illinois. In 2007, 401(k) Day falls on September 7, but companies can access the materials at any time and choose a date that works best for their workplace. This year’s employee communication campaign is a four-part series that can be used all year and is designed to promote ongoing awareness for profit sharing and 401(k) plans. 

The four seasonal campaigns feature different phases that employees face as they prepare for retirement.

• Spring: Grow your savings by enrolling in the plan.
• Summer: Increase savings rates to generate results.
• Fall: Take charge, get involved, and make smart decisions.
• Winter : Weather the ups and downs of long-term investing.

Many of the materials are customizable, available for both 401(k) and 457 plans in English and Spanish. Items available include posters, letters, postcards, and Web casts. Materials also include creative interactive tools, including a calculator, video, quiz and annual retirement checkup. New for 2007 are a series of participant articles ready to use on employer’s intranet or in a company newsletter.
