PSCA Announces New Board of Directors Members
Leaders play significant role in the organization

The success of the Profit Sharing/401k Council of America can be attributed to many people, including our dedicated members, supporters, and employees. Another group of people who contribute significantly to PSCA’s success is our Board of Directors.

The PSCA Board of Directors is a dynamic group of 26 benefits professionals from companies throughout the United States. Members are from both large firms and small companies, so they all bring a unique experience and perspective to the group.

As members of the PSCA Board of Directors, these individuals are responsible for guiding PSCA on its mission of providing expert, unbiased information and resources to our members. Two times each year, PSCA Board of Directors members meet to discuss topics such as increasing membership, new PSCA-sponsored programs and activities, and creating a recognizable PSCA brand. Their goal is to help develop programs and ideas that will allow PSCA to continue to improve the quality and effectiveness of its service to our members.

The PSCA Board of Directors is lead by the Chairperson, who holds their position for a two-year term. The Chairperson is supported by four other Officers who also serve a two-year term. Filling out the Board are the remainder of the directors who serve three-year terms.

At our 2006 National Conference at the Ritz-Carlton on Amelia Island, Fla., Sept. 13–15, 2006, members elected new officers and directors, including a new Chairperson. Below are the personal biographies of those elected.
