CHICAGO (JUNE 1, 2005) - PSCA has released its newest mini-survey, Defined Contribution Plan Participant Statements 2005, which investigates plan sponsors’ sentiments and experience with their participant statements. This survey reports a variety of data useful to service providers as well as plan sponsors. Data was collected online from 433 plan sponsor companies. Data reported includes: - Plan sponsor satisfaction with participant statements
- Items desired on first page of statement
- Helpfulness of various statement components
- Level of detail
- Frequency and length of statements
- Inclusion of personal investment performance data
- Participant behaviors resulting from personal performance data on statement
- Savings projections
- Participant behaviors resulting from savings projections on statement
