2024 Signature Awards

PSCA's 2024 Signature Awards competiton is now open for submissions. Get recognized for your work developing communications and education for your plan and participants. This year's competition has four categories  some of which are new to the competition. Winners will be announced at PSCA's 2024 National Conference, May 15-17, in Salt Lake City, UT.

 

Entry Deadline and Fees

  • Member Rate: $150 per entry
  • Non-Member Rate: $250 per entry

All entries must be made online in the Reviewr system

Application Information

 

  1. Complete the entry form and submit supporting documents. All supporting documents must be in .pdf format. 
  2. If you have any electronic components of your campaign, please supply a working URL, upload a video or other file to be judged. If the website you want reviewed requires a login, please supply a demo login. Also provide a contact person and phone number in case we need troubleshooting help with the URL or file.
  3. Complete the Measuring Results Worksheet to the best of your ability. You can measure results for your entire plan or for a specific targeted audience. If your campaign began in 2023, but is still on-going and results are not yet available, provide your best estimate of expected results, based on your needs analysis. If no results are provided, the judges will not be able to propery determine effectiveness and your score will be lowered.
  4. Payment is required for each entry either via credit card, ACH or check. If paying for multiple entries as one payment, please include a list of the entries that the check is covering (plan name, category, submitter name). A form to use for your list of multiple is available for download from this site. Please return it to [email protected].
    • If paying with a credit card you will receive an email with payment instructions after your entry has been accepted.
    • If paying by ACH or for multiple entries in one payment, contact LaToya Millet, [email protected] for payment instructions.
  5. ​IMPORTANT: after the payment section, click "Submit" or your entry will not be sent in. You will receive a confirmation email like this: “Dear Applicant,​ Thank you for your submission to the PSCA Signature Awards. Your application has been received.”

AWARD INFORMATION:

  • Signature Award winners will be announced and honored at the 2024 PSCA National Conference May 15-17, 2024 in Salt Lake City, UT.
  • Winning campaigns will be listed on PSCA's website and spotlighted in the Summer PSCA quarterly magazine, Defined Contribution Insights
  • If you are a winner, you may be notified prior to the awards presentation. Winners will be required to provide images for print.
  • Eligible programs include all education campaigns implemented in 2023 - even if the program carries into 2024. 
  • Submit your information online ONLY. Click here to go to the submission website, Reviewr, for instructions and online application template. If you do not have a login to the Reviewr platform from last year, please create your login and profile. It is not the same login as for the PSCA website.
  • A Word version of the application can be used to copy and paste into the online application. Please DO NOT MAIL your application. It will not be accepted.
  • If you are submitting the same campaign in more than one category, you need to fill out an application for each category. To make it easier, you have the ability to copy an application so that you will have fewer fields to manually enter.
  • Payment is required for each entry submitted. You may pay using a credit card or check. If paying for multiple entries by check, when mailing check to PSCA, please include a list of the entries that the check is covering (plan name, category, submitter name.) Use this form for your list.
