2019 Signature Awards

PSCA's 2019 Signature Awards competiton is now open for submissions. Get recognized for your work developing communications and education for your plan and participants. This year's competition has 13 categories some of which are new to the competition. Winners will be announced at PSCA's 2019 National Conference, April 30-May 2, 2019, in Tampa, FL in the afternoon of May 1.

New this year: National Conference attendees will vote on a Best in Show of the first place winners!

Entry Deadline and Fees

Deadline February 8, 2019
  • Member Rate: $150 per entry
  • Non-Member Rate: $250 per entry

All entries must be made online in the Reviewr system

Application Information

  • Eligible programs include all education campaigns implemented in 2018 - even if the program carries into 2019. 
  • Submit your information online ONLY. Click here to go to the submission website, Reviewr, for instructions and online application template. If you do not have a login to the Reviewr platform from last year, please create your login and profile. It is not the same login as for the PSCA website.
  • A Word version of the application can be used to copy and paste into the online application. Please DO NOT MAIL your application. It will not be accepted.
  • If you are submitting the same campaign in more than one category, you need to fill out an application for each category. To make it easier, you have the ability to copy an application so that you will have fewer fields to manually enter.
  • Payment is required for each entry submitted. You may pay using a credit card or check. If paying for multiple entries by check, when mailing check to PSCA, please include a list of the entries that the check is covering (plan name, category, submitter name.) Use this form for your list.
  • Complete the Measuring Results Worksheet to the best of your ability. You can measure results for your entire plan or a specific targeted audience. If your campaign began in 2018, but is still on-going and results are not yet available, provide your best estimate of expected results, based on your needs analysis.
  • IMPORTANT: After you make payment, you need to submit your entry. In the Reviewr system, go to the end of your entry and click the "Submit" button.

Note: if you are paying with a credit card, when you click the option, you need to then log in with your PSCA user ID and password (what you use to log in to psca.org if you are a member of PSCA). This is different from the ID and password you created for the Reviewr Signature Awards website. If you don't have a login for PSCA, you can register and create one.
