PSCA’s Executive Director Jack Towarnicky to Speak on Panel at Upcoming SEI DC Roundtable Event

Jack Towarnicky, executive director of the Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA), part of the American Retirement Association (ARA), will speak at the SEI DC Roundtable Event “Addressing Asset Accumulation and Decumulation Challenges in Defined Contribution Plans” on October 24, 2019 at Willis Towers in Chicago.

The interactive roundtable event will be held from 8:45am to 11:00am CT. Towarnicky will speak on a panel with four other industry experts on topics from a two-part agenda and highlight his own plan sponsor experiences at a Fortune 100 employer in the closing remarks of the event.

The roundtable discussion will include:

  • Section I: The Accumulation Challenge
    - The Path to Retirement Readiness
    - Case Study Presentation: How a Large Technology Company Changed their DC Investments to Improve Outcomes for Participants
  • Section II: Solving the Decumulation Dilemma
    - Incorporating Lifetime Retirement Income Options 

Towarnicky has more than 35 years of human resources/benefits experience, including HR/Benefits leadership positions at four different Fortune 500 companies. In addition to his leadership of PSCA, Jack previously served on the Department of Labor’s ERISA Advisory Council and held board/trustee positions at World at Work, the Council on Employee Benefits, the American Benefits Council and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

The SEI DC Roundtable event is open to individual plan sponsors overseeing company-sponsored defined contribution plans.
