ARA Disciplinary Procedures

These Disciplinary Procedures (“Rules of Procedure”) shall apply to all members of any Division of Membership of the American Retirement Association (the “Association”), effective March 1, 2015. The current Divisions of Membership are: (1) American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (“ASPPA”); (2) American Society of Enrolled Actuaries ("ASEA"); (3) National Association of Plan Advisors (“NAPA”); and (4) National Tax-deferred Savings Association (“NTSA”).
