Exclusive Interview: PSCA Chair Stephen W. McCaffrey Sees Challenges in Legislative Attempts "to 'Fix' an Un-Broken System"

But the true users of retirement plans - in fact, the folks caught in the middle between the regulators and the service providers - are the plan sponsors. Isn't it time we pay more attention to what they're saying?

For instance, McCaffrey is concerned, in response to the alleged retirement crisis, legislators might destroy the benefits many have accrued through the use of their 401k plans. He explains how the PSCA has been on the forefront of protecting the defined contribution system and how there's still much work to do.
