PSCA is Thankful for Plan Sponsors

Tomorrow, when the Benish family sits around the Thanksgiving table and we share what we are thankful for, I am going to thank plan sponsors. I want to thank them for giving us, and millions of other Americans a strong, successful employer-sponsored retirement system.  Thank them for helping their employees build a retirement nest egg for the future.  Thank them for dealing with the myriad of regulatory hurtles and juggling their "day jobs" with their fiduciary responsibilities to enable more people to save in their defined contribution retirement plan.  And, thank them for the e-mails, employee meetings, the communication "nudges" they produce, and the countless hours they spend every year to get their employees to join their plans and save more for the future.
