The Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA) is a non-profit trade association supporting employer-sponsored retirement plans. For more than 60 years, PSCA has dedicated itself to serving the evolving needs of Defined Contribution (DC) plan sponsors who seek an unbiased source of industry information, education programs, and regulatory updates. Since its founding in 1947, PSCA has been on the forefront of protecting America’s retirement system. Today, PSCA assists more than six million plan participants and provides its members with programs and services to help them better manage their company’s retirement plans.
PSCA now stands for Plan Sponsor Council of America.
In May 2011, the Board of Directors of the Profit Sharing/401k Council of America adopted a resolution to change its name to the Plan Sponsor Council of America. The organization name change resulted from a strategic planning initiative that was designed to embrace new strategies that would revitalize the organization and expand its scope. Today’s PSCA provides its members with added-value benefits that enable plan sponsors to leverage best practices in compliance, communications, administration, and plan design.
