About PSCA

Show header image

The Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA) is a nonprofit trade association supporting employers who provide employment-based retirement plans and those who support those programs. We are dedicated to serving the evolving needs of defined contribution plan sponsors who seek an unbiased source of industry information, education programs, regulatory updates, and advocacy for the cause of the private retirement system.

Since its founding in 1947, PSCA has been on the forefront of protecting America’s retirement system — today, assisting more than six million plan participants and provides its members with programs and services to help them better manage their company’s retirement plans.

Throughout its long history, PSCA has provided its members with added-value benefits that enable plan sponsors to leverage best practices in compliance, communications, administration and plan design, including legislative and regulatory updates, national and regional conferences, online training, research and benchmarking, communication and plan management best practices, and much more.

Today the Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA) and its four sister organizations — American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), the American Society of Enrolled Actuaries (ASEA), the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), and the National Tax-deferred Savings Association (NTSA) — comprise the American Retirement Association, the premier national organization for retirement plan professionals.
